In that user case the issue comes from the fact that she had some caching systems activated, that’s why I firstly recommended you to check your cache settings.
I will need some extra time to investigate a little bit more about what’s happening in your case.

You could try to re-generate your api key from your theme forest account and update the theme update credentials in theme options, that’s the only thing that might stop the updates from working.
I recommend you to update to 4.0.4, update all related plugins, be sure you clear all your caches and let me know if you still have any issues.

Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorI have saved the page content in a txt file, deleted everything from the page, and tried to re-create it from scratch, because most probably you have worked in the text version of the editor and some shortcode tags were broken in the page content ( that’s why the text couldn’t be saved on previous edits as well ).
While trying to recreate the page I have observed that something is not working as it should, because in our theme you can easily and without any issues set background for both rows when you add a row inside another, but it seems the “Ultimate Addons for VC” plugin changes this behaviour and deletes the main row background when this is set with “Inner Container – No” and you set a background for the child row.
I have temporary disabled that plugin and created the page without any issues. Most probably if you reactivate that plugin and edit the page, the background behind the overlay will disappear, you might wanna try open a ticket with them regarding this issue, as I’ve said this works perfectly for us and it’s not an issue from our side.
For future conversations please understand that by putting us deadlines or telling us you’ll leave a bad rating won’t help with anything, we prefer the patient and friendly way for resolving our customers issues, even more when they are not because of our theme.

Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorWe have lots of very satisfied customers and lots of websites running perfectly on our theme, in your case I’m sure it’s the lack of knowledge or some misconfigurations you’ve made or some additional plugins that’s creating such issues.
You could start at least by reading the last reply Radu sent, and provide him the wp-admin and ftp credentials of your site so he can investigate and help in the things that can be covered by our support, for the others he already provided you lot of time on helping and from what I can see you’re not even satisfied by his help.
The things that are not already available in the theme or are not even related to our theme are custom modifications and they are not covered by the theme support, that’s why in this case I’ve recommended you to hire a developer if you lack the knowledge of doing them by yourself.
Please find the necessary mood to punctually reply to his last reply so that he can continue helping you.

I see Radu replied you punctually on all your questions and issues, it’s absolutely normal for him to request more details from you in certain cases if you didn’t provide enough of them.
I also see Radu have helped you with some issue that are totally out of the coverage of our theme support and you’re still unsatisfied by his help.
Try and reply to each of his questions punctually, from what I see he offered to give a closer look into your translations if you can provide admin & ftp details, cleared out the custom work that you need for the custom translation menu itm, and he requested a few more details for another task.
Please understand that we don’t offer full 1-to-1 support for custom developing your site from ground up, for that, if you need we might have a developer for hire.
If you have any other issues with our theme please make a list with them and we’ll go trough them one by one.
Don’t forget, we’re here to help, but you also have to make yourself as clear as you can and provide as many details ( even screenshots ) as you can about the things that you’re reporting or requesting.

The “Restrict my site” plugin uses wp built in functions for processing urls so the extra www is not added by it. It is surely a misconfiguration somewhere in your wp settings but unfortunately due to your local environment I can’t give a look and debug what’s happening. Please also try to check if by somehow your .htaccess file was modified, forcing a www. prefix.
We can give you some answers for some basic guidance in customisations when you need them, but we don’t offer support for such things and of course, they are not a priority in our tickets response queue.

This might happen only and only when you make some changes to the theme options and you have some caching systems enabled on your site. So after you’ve made any changes to the theme, please be sure you clear all your cache systems.
We’ll try to make some improvements in next updates to find a workaround for this common caching behavior.

If you have your ZIP code field defined from BuddyPress profile fields then please go and edit that field and change it’s type from Numeric to Text, this way you can enter any kind of zip codes.

I don’t know if will help in your case but please note that the theme is made to work with WPML, so if you’re using other plugins for having a multi-language website then it’s that plugin responsibility to create a compatibility with BuddyPress. Even when using BuddyPress with WPML you still need to add an additional plugin called “BuddyPress Multilingual” for the WPML plugin to work properly with BuddyPress.

The backend should be translatable without any issues. If you have any other issues with translating front end elements, please provide us more details about those exact places of the strings, maybe provide some screenshots.
For translations I recommend you to use the “Loco Translate” plugin.

The update is published trough Envato servers, so maybe there might be a delay with it. If you want to get it quicker then you can manually download it from your themeforest account and make the update over ftp.

By some reason, you had some misconfiguration into your search form and the filed that defines the birthdate<-> age relationship.
You have both an Age and a Birthday field configured now, you should only keep the Age field and delete the Birthday field. ( please to a database backup before doing so in case something goes wrong )/
I have changed some settings and everything seems to work fine now.

For having an full section background, and then another background over that, and just after those two the content I recommend you to use Visual Composer and add a row inside another row, and just after add the content. This way you will have 2 rows overlapping and you’ll be able to set backgrounds for both of them.
I’ve also observed the issue you have with the Visual Composer text element, where the text doesn’t get saved, and all I can tell is that this is not coming from our theme. As Radu previously said, most probably this issue is the result of a conflict between Visual Composer and some other plugin that you have added into your site.
If you say you really deactivated all your plugins, then I recommend you to reinstall the main Kleo theme, and to be sure that you didn’t made any custom modifications in the child theme that might affect the backend editor.

That’s why the new users work while the old users won’t, most probably if you revert your changes or for example you restore your site to a previous working version your search will again function for the old users.

Unfortunately some of the plugins that you’re trying to use is messing with layout parts that are not relevant to that plugin, they make a very big mistake by trying to globally modify all elements from a page.
Ninja Kick: Contact Form and Ninja Kick: Subscription, both plugins are adding this piece of nasty code:

Maybe you can contact their authors to fix their plugins and meanwhile you can deactivate them to see that everything works fine without them.

You don’t have to try to modify the url as you do, there are some redirects happening, the real post url is “/activity/p/id” from where you might be redirected to another url or not depending of the activity post type.
In your case the system finds out that you added a post and redirects you to “/members/membername/activity/id”, here the “/p/” part of the url doesn’t exist.
Firstly, I stand with my previous idea, facebook can’t access or follow this redirects because your restrictions setup.
Secondly, BuddyPress might still fail to provide the right data for fb sharing, please check the last reply from the following thread: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/sharing-buddypress-activity-with-facebook
Please note that this issues are not coming from our theme, they are fully related to the way the buddypress plugin works.

The template files are located under “wp-content/themes/kleo/buddypress/members/single/”, there are lots of template files so depending to the location you need to add content you will have to edit one of those files.

With some custom post types plugin you might be able to modify the taxonomy and attach it to other post types as well, but I don’t recommend using bbPress taxonomy for other post type, not forum related.
