For your issue regarding fields that don’t get saved, please ask your hosting support to change the “php_value max_input_vars” value to something bigger, like 5000

Hi @5high-photohub, your issues seems to be related to some security plugin that you might have activated, can you please deactivate them and let me know if everything works fine without any security plugins ? And if this is the issue maybe you can point me the name of the plugin that makes problems so I can investigate more.

Well, there is no issue, just that the video controls appear on hover over the video, if you set your videos to be bigger you’ll see them more nicer, that’s how it is from the rtMedia plugin.

Please update your theme to the latest version and then you can use the [kleo_fb_button] shortcode in order to output just the facebook login button, instead of modifying the kleo register element.

Regarding your translations, can you give some examples about strings that aren’t translated, because they might not come from our theme ( each plugin in part needs it’s own translation for the elements coming from it ).

I don’t know any other stable solution to recommend beside Gravity Forms which I’ve used personally, but I’m sure there are lots of plugins for this use out there, that’s why I didn’t specified a certain one.

When you’re using Visual Composer for building custom post pages some of the default article elements disappear so that you can fully use Visual Composer in any way you want, that’s how it’s supposed to work, you either keep the basic layout or you fully build you page starting from layout to content, that’s why VC is not enabled by default for posts.

You should’t modify such a general css selector, it’s used in lot of elements and might affect other things, especially on small devices like tablets.

Can you please save the content of your page, delete the page and then re-import it from “Appearance > Kleo Demo Data”. I just did that and I don’t have any issues with it on my local development site.

The scrolling issue comes from a plugin called “shutter-reloaded” because it’s messing with stylings that it isn’t supposed to.

Unfortunately there’s no way to add that language translator widget as a menu, at least without some custom developments.

Indeed, our theme uses third party plugins for some if it’s features, this aren’t covered in our own documentation because each plugin in part already has it’s own documentation or knowledge base.

Wide version didn’t had any width settings, it defaults to 1280, changing it to 1440 would require some time for proper testings.

It seems there is indeed a small issue, which will be fixed in a small update coming this days.
Meanwhile to fix your page width, you have to go in “Theme Options > Layout Settings”, on “Site Layout” click on “Boxed”, then under “Site Width” select “1440px”, go back to “Site Layout” and switch back to “Wide” and then click Save.

1. Misconfigurations with the permalinks broken the rtMedia image uploader.

2. You can use a plugin called “Social Articles” to provide your users options to write articles.

3. Don’t know if this is available, check with WiseChat settings, or maybe ask them if they have an addon for such feature.

4. You can only do that programatically using filters and hooks, that’s how buddypress pages work for the moment.

5. Misconfigurations with your private site settings and homepage, changed some settings and now it works just fine.

We tried to integrate BuddyVerified plugin but it’s not compatible with the latests BuddyPress versions, user settings doesn’t get saved anymore, we’ll keep an eye on the plugin and if in the future it will get updated we’ll integrate it as well.

Indeed, our theme sets the “BP_AVATAR_FULL_WIDTH” to 580 px, but even so, the buddypress message is still wrong, because you are uploading a bigger image and the buddypress plugin tells you that you have uploaded a smaller image.

“You have selected an image that is smaller than recommended. For best results, upload a picture larger than 580 x 580 pixels.”

Maybe you have forgotten to specify this aspect to them.

You can change the avatar default sizes by editing the following file: “wp-content/plugins/bp-custom.php”
