Thanks for contacting us about KLEO’s integration with Gutenberg. KLEO is compatible with the new editor in WordPress but we have yet to integrate the elements traditionally found in WP Bakery into Gutenberg. We are working on this and it will be available in the coming weeks.

Currently that code does not exist. As soon as it does I’ll share it with you here but it won’t be for several months when the feature is scheduled to be removed and a specific hook is added to the theme.

I have spoken to the core developer and they confirmed to me that there is currently no option to set this outside of the Theme Options panel. They confirmed the option will not be removed any time soon. When it is finally removed a code replacement will be made available to you so you can continue to use this option.

When this feature is deprecated it will be removed completely and there will be no default way to enable this site wide. I’m not sure of a way to set this dynamically and I’ll have to reach out to a higher level of support to discuss this. I will get back to you on Monday with an answer to your question.

Thanks for contacting us about the missing style sheet error. To get this error it means you haven’t extracted the theme files from the .zip archive downloaded from Theme Forest.
Please check this support article on how to use the full archive unzipped or just the installable WordPress file https://archived.seventhqueen.com/general/article/theme-missing-style-css-stylesheet-error

WP Bakery have already issued a fix for this in their latest version which we have made available to you. Please go to WP Admin > Appearance > Install Plugins and install the updated for WP Bakery (5.6).
Once you have done so please disable the Classic Editor plugin and check again to see if the issue has been resolved for you.

To disable reviews per product please go to WP Admin > Products > All Products. If you have a lot products search for the specific product or navigate if appropriate. Once you have found your product hover over it to reveal the Quick Edit button. Click this to reveal the Quick Edit panel, in the second column untick the option ‘Enable reviews’ – Click update.
You may need to purge any/all caching to see the changes for the product.

I have logged into your site and checked your members page. I am unable to see the issue described after navigating through 20 pages of the members directory. Therefore I believe the issue may be on your end. Please do the following:
Press Ctrl+Shift+Del to launch the browser data delete tool. Select everything expect for form data and passwords, delete all of your local data. Close the browser and navigate back to the browser page. This should resolve it.

It certainly seems like it is an issue for BuddyDrive to have a customised URL. This is not something we can fix for you as we’re not the authors of that plugin and do not have commit access. You’ll have to open a topic on their support forum to address the issue in the plugin, you can do that here https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/buddydrive.
Please try adding the below custom CSS to your BuddyApp Child theme via WP Admin > Appearance > Editor > BuddyApp Child > Style.css
COPY CODEdiv#buddydrive-main nav.buddydrive-toolbar select#buddydrive-filter { padding-right: 30px !important; }
Once saved please clear all server, WordPress and browser caches to see changes.

That account is a standard account and I can therefore not see any settings via the backend.
The URL you’re sending is not standard, how are you getting /community/ in the URL? If you disable this custom behaviour, does the page work?

To follow up an update from WP Bakery has been released that addresses this issue, please do the following
– Go to WP Admin > Appearance > Install Plugins and update WP Bakery to 5.6
– Go to WP Admin > Plugins and disable the Classic Editor plugin
– Clear any server caching like REDIS
– Go to WP Admin > Pages and edit a page, the issue should no longer be presentThanks,

You can continue to use either WP Bakery or Elementor. The Classic Editor refers to the editor that was present in WordPress before it was replaced by Gutenberg in version 5.0.
The issue you’re facing is coming from the Gutenberg editor and will take time to address hence I installed the Classic Editor so you could continue using WP Bakery, Elementor or any other page builder.

It is relatively safe to update to WordPress 5.0 but you should first check all of your installed plugins compatibility and make a full backup before installing. The Classic Editor plugin is compatible with KLEO.
