Hi Denis,
The search feature for BuddyPress from the plugin BP Profile Search and the matching feature from SweetDate are not connected in any way.
The matching feature shows the percentage you are matched when viewing another users profile.

I think this is coming from using a custom form for registration on a regular page. Can you please try the following and let me know if this resolves the issue.
– Go to WP Admin > Pages and edit the page with the form
– Scroll down past the post editor to ‘Theme General Settings’ and select the media tab
– Select ‘No’ for the first option under the media tab titled ‘Show media on post page’
– Save your page and purge your server cache, WordPress cache, any CDN and most importantly the Internet Explorer cacheLet me know,

You had the search form set to use horizontal instead of legacy. Horizontal cannot be used outside of the members directory without invoking the member directory styling.
I have switched the form to legacy to show you it working. See attached.

By default you can’t differentiate between label and value in profile fields. However, I would presume that it searches off of the value not the label as the label can change and the value may be present more than once and therefore have a different ID.
For specifics on how BP Profile Search does it’s magic you’d have to open a support topic on the plugin forum here https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/bp-profile-search.

I’m not sure I entirely understand the question. Your screenshot shows a profile field but complementary fields refers to Theme Options > Profile Matching.
If I understand correctly, you’re asking about complementary fields from theme options? If so then you should have two sets of fields, both of which contain the same data. The best example is ‘I am a’ and ‘I am looking for’ and it will match off of those fields. You could have any number of options within the profile field and it will continue to match, it doesn’t need to be two options.
If this is not what you meant then please provide further details so I can assist you better.

You can safely ignore this as the plugin is already licensed by Seventh Queen on your behalf. Updates for this plugin are handled via WP Admin > Appearance > Install Plugins.

This issue is related to WordPress 5.0. I have temporarily installed the Classic Editor plugin on your site which will allow your site to work, but without the new Gutenberg editor active.
Please wait for an update to KLEO and WP Bakery before deactivating the Classic Editor plugin.

– Update all plugins
– Ensure BuddyApp is updated to 1.6
– Disable all plugins that did not come bundled with BuddyApp
– Clear your server, WordPress, CDN and browser cache and check the page again.Does the issue persist after completing all four steps?

Please try the below CSS in your BuddyApp Child theme’s style.css file via WP Admin > Appearance > Editor > BuddyApp Child > Style.css
.youzer .activity-meta a {padding: 4px 20px 4px 20px !important;}
Make sure you purge any caching at the server, WordPress, CDN and browser level to see the changes.

Can you please try going to Theme Options and saving them again, even if there is no change. Also please purge all caching at the server, WordPress, CDN and browser level.
If this does not work please try going to WP Admin > Plugins and delete BP Profile Search, then install it again via WP Admin > Plugins > Add New > Search: ‘BP Profile Search’.

I can’t access your page as it requires me to login and you have not shared any credentials. The URL you’re sharing doesn’t appear to be correct, the path to a buddydrive page should be something like domain.com/members/username/buddydrive/.
If you’re using profiles in the root, and your users name is community then please try going to WP Admin > Settings > Permalinks and saving your permalinks again to post name – even if you made no changes.

I think you might be getting this error in error. When I check your registration page https://pigswap.com/register it appears that all fields and groups have been imported correctly.
You can go to WP Admin > Users > Profile Fields to confirm this. By default there is only one profile group and one field – if you have more than this then the fields imported correctly and the error can be safely ignored.
You can create, edit and delete profile fields and groups by going to WP Admin > Users > Profile Fields.

Let’s try to address this with CSS then, what specific elements would you like to adjust. Please can you send screenshots with specifics that highlight exactly the areas and the desired effect.
To remove the margin from the title please use the below CSS in your BuddyApp Child theme
COPY CODE.dashboard-content h4 { margin-bottom: 0px; }
Adjust the 0px value to suit your needs.

If you’re not receiving the link via the WordPress standard reset page then there may be an issue with a third party plugin.
Please try the following. After each test please try to send the password reset again via both methods.
– If you have BuddyPress installed go to WP Admin > Tools > BuddyPress and check the option ‘Reinstall emails (delete and restore from defaults)’ – then click repair items.
– Update KLEO and all plugins that came bundled with KLEO
– Disable all plugins that did not come bundled with KLEO
– If you’re using the KLEO child theme and have made modifications to it then please try switching to the KLEO parent theme

I understand now. I do not believe there is a plugin and you would therefore have to build something out in PHP – probably something shortcode based. Unfortunately it isn’t very reliable to detect the browser this way so you may not target your whole audience correctly.

You can enable or disable the page title section per page by going to WP Admin > Pages and editing your desired page. Once the edit screen has loaded scroll down the main content, past the post editor, to reach the section titled ‘Theme General Options’. Select ‘Yes’ from the ‘Show page title section’ drop down to enable to title section or ‘No’ to disable.

No worries, you can do it one of two ways.
1. Go to WP Admin > Themes, switch themes, and then from the same screen click open KLEO to reveal a delete button in the preview modal.
2. Connect via SFTP / FTP or your hosts file browser and navigate to /wp-content/themes/kleo/
