Hello, BuddyApp updates will update your visual composer every time there is a new update, so the conflict might be because you have a different version of vc that the one the theme thinks you have.
I would suggest to use the vc of the theme and if your worried about the version just wait until the next update 🙂

Hello, there are a lot of plugins that are compatible with the theme, so i do not have a list of them 🙂 Usually this kind of issues is a problem of php mail, so its a server issue.
The best way is to test what i told you, an smtp plugin and another captcha
Or contact your hosting 🙂

Hello, as the mega menu is a third party plugin, it’s normal that the options of the theme doesn’t affect it, the options are made for the normal menu of KLEO, you need to create an integration with the plugin, maybe the developer of the plugin can help you with that as i do not know much about that plugin, it does require a developer help.
But i know there are some mega menu plugins that work fine with KLEO as i seen it before, but i do not remember the names.

Hello, some plugins require more resources than others.
Try deactivating others to be use that is bbpress the issue, you may need a better hosting that has enough resources for it, do you need the bbpress plugin? ( forums )
