ModeratorHi,
WordPress shouldn’t mind how you name images, and will automatically rewrite paths if you rename it in WP Admin > Media. However, if you rename it outside of WordPress, for example in FTP, then WordPress will not know a change has been made and the connection to the image would be lost. If a word is reserved or is only a number then it will be rewritten for you. Some image paths will not work if there are special characters in the URL, but the image would not work from the start so it cannot be this issue.

In that case the news ticker is not the issue as it’s simply displaying the posts available. It sounds like your site is compromised in some way either through and old plugin or a malicious attack that is moving sideways through your hosting. Try installing WordFence or Sucuri and running a scan to detect any issues.

It looks like you’re using a third party plugin to handle YouTube (etc) video embeds on your site. You would need to reach out to the plugin developer directly for support, extension and development requests regarding their plugin.

SweetDate does not set any limits on anything like that as it is a theme. If you do have any limits it would be set by your host and you should reach out directly to your host for an answer to this.
If you have concerns about email volume and deliverability you may wish to consider a third party email delivery service like SendGrid, SendInBlue, Mailgun or Mandrill.

Thanks for reaching out to us about the issue you’re experiencing. Can you please confirm to me that you have the latest KLEO (4.3.10) and K Elements (4.3.5.1)?
If you do not please update both to the latest release then purge your website cache and mobile device cache.
If you do please double check this support article on setting up the Facebook integration https://archived.seventhqueen.com/kleo/article/setup-facebook-login-fix-facebook-login. Make sure you have followed every step.
If after reviewing the article everything appears correct, but is still not working on mobile, then please update this ticket with screenshots for both the basic and advanced tabs of your Facebook App.

It is not possible, by default, to copy files within WordPress in this way, you need to do this via SFTP / FTP or your hosts file manager in their control panel.
I logged into your site and found you copied to the contents of the members-loop.php file into the style.css file. This is not correct and you should remove the code you pasted into style.css
Please follow my steps from above and copy the members-loop.php file (not the contents of the file) from the SweetDate parent theme to the SweetDate child theme. Remember you will need to create any folders in the child theme that do not already exist so that the path is identical.
In the example below I have bolded the folder names that may need to be created in your child theme
/wp-content/themes/sweetdate-child/buddypress/members/members-loop.php

The plugins I mentioned above will automatically combine these files (js & css) into as few as possible. You do not need to know any code, or hire a developer, to achieve this. The documentation would vary depending on the plugin that you opt to use.

To do this you will need to copy the below file from SweetDate to SweetDate Child, if the folder structure does not already exist in the SweetDate Child then you will need to recreate it.
Copy from
/wp-content/themes/sweetdate/buddypress/members/members-loop.php
Copy to
/wp-content/themes/sweetdate-child/buddypress/members/members-loop.php
You will be able to edit the file from the SweetDate Child once copied across.
Look for the below HTML around line 116
<div id="pag-bottom" class="pagination">
Once you have located this HTMLK add no-ajax to the class, like so
<div id="pag-bottom" class="pagination no-ajax">
Save your changes. Purge your website cache, CDN and local cache to see the changes.

The options in KLEO relate specifically to the files from KLEO and not all of the other plugins that you may add. You will need to find a caching plugin that suits your needs.
You may wish to try the following
– WordPress Fastest Cache (Free) https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-fastest-cache/
– W3 Total Cache (Free) https://wordpress.org/plugins/w3-total-cache/
– WP Rocket (Premium $39) https://wp-rocket.me/pricing/I have included a premium option because the plugin comes with support. If you do not feel comfortable installing and configuring these types of plugins then premium may be your best option as they will come with dedicated support.
You do not need developer skills to solve the issues you’re facing but you may need to read up on backing up and editing certain files, like .htaccess, before making any changes.

It looks like there is an issue with a BuddyPress filter, when I replace bp_get_total_member_count() with bp_core_get_active_member_count() I get the correct members count. I have tested this locally and on your site and found that it works, however, I reverted the changes as you’re not using the SweetDate Child theme and changes should not be made to the parent theme.
I am going to refer this ticket to one of our developers for review. I do not think bp_get_total_member_count() has been deprecated but there may be implications with the BuddyPress 3.0 update in how this works. If this is the issue we will push out an update/fix for this.

I have been looking into this issue for you and I am struggling to find a cause. I’ve recounted your members a few times and set your permalinks to correct setting for BuddyPress.
What has changed on your site since the last time the value was working?
Please can you try disabling all plugins except for BuddyPress and Elementor, clear your cache via WP Admin > WP Engine and purge your browsers cache (Ctrl+F5) to see if this resolves the issue.
If it does enable them one by one, repeating the clearing of both caches each time until you find the plugin causing the issue.

I think this may be related to your other ticket with regards to server side caching, please can you try excluding your webhook url at WP Engine. You will likely need to contact them directly to do this.

If after the exclusion has been made, the server caches cleared and your browser cache cleared the issue persists please try switching to live instead of sandbox.

I think this may be caused by server side caching at WP Engine. Please can you contact your host directly and ask them to exclude your members page, and clear all of their caches for your site to test this theory.

Thanks for contacting us about page speed. The results in the tool that you used can be expanded to explain each point as well as how to solve these issues.
I have run your site through GTmetrix, this is the report https://gtmetrix.com/reports/campingbuddies.app/NmXeYdXA
Some general notes from the report are:
– You need a caching solution on your site that will reduce and/or combine your js/css files
– Optimize and reduce the size of your logo
– Add expired headers (see: https://gtmetrix.com/add-expires-headers.html)
– Implement a CDN, many hosts have them integrated for free. If yours does not then you can register for a free CloudFlare accountAdditionally your time to first byte (TTFB) was 2.5s when I tested. This needs to be reduced to 0.5s or under, you will need to address this particular issue directly with your host.
