    Hi,

    I have added the below CSS to WP Admin > Appearance > Editor > KLEO Child > Style.css to center the text and add a margin top and bottom. Make sure to purge your front-end cache (Ctrl+F5) to see the changes. Let me know if this looks okay to you.

    COPY CODE
    .pmpro-body-level-required .pmpro_content_message {
        margin-left: auto;
        margin-right: auto;
        width: 50%;
        text-align: center;
        margin-top: 40px;
        margin-bottom: 40px;
    }

    Thanks,

    Kieran

    Hi,

    I have added the below custom CSS to WP Admin > Appearance > Editor > SweetDate Child > Style.css for you to reduce the space used by the tabs. Realistically it isn’t possible to make this smaller as they would loose their look and feel.

    COPY CODE
    .bp-user .tabs dd a {
    padding: 0 8px;
    }
    .bp-user .tabs.pill.custom dd a {
    height: 33px;
    line-height: 33px;
    }
    .bp-user .tabs.pill.custom dd {
    margin-right: 5px;
    margin-bottom: 10px;
    }

    I cannot find the issue in regards to the members page multiple search forms and will therefore refer this ticket to a higher support level to assist you with this. They’ll be in touch with you as soon as they can, Monday to Friday, East European Time.

    Thank you for your patience,

    Kieran

    Hi,

    1. Search Results and Form Duplicate

    Please try disabling all plugins except for BuddyPress, Elementor and BuddyPress Profile Search. Purge your website cache. Once you have done this go to your members directory and purge your front-end cache (Ctrl+F5) to get the latest files for the page.

    If the error has disappeared enable the plugins one by one and repeat the two purging steps each time until you find the plugin causing the issue.

    If the issue persists after testing thoroughly with disabling plugins then please let me know

    2. Opposite Sex Directory

    Are you saying you wish to only show women to men and men to women? If so we did have a custom code solution for this, however, the code does not currently work due BuddyPress updates. The code will be reviewed and updated when BuddyPress 3.0 releases to ensure maximum compatibility.

    3. Profile Header Tabs Size

    All of the tabs are the same size (height) but their width is dependent on the text within it as that varies. Would you like to make the smaller in general so they appear on one line? If so I can send you custom CSS to achieve this. Just let me know what you would like to change (font-size, padding, margin etc).

    4. Transparent Header on Home Page

    You can go to Pages > All Pages > Home Default and edit the page (with WordPress not Elementor), scroll past the post editor down to the ‘General Settings’ panel and click on the ‘Header Settings’ tab. Within this tab you’ll see an option to enable or disable the transparent header. I have disabled this for you.

    Thanks,

    Kieran

    Hi,

    I think I see now what you mean, the full-width register form immediately on changing to <768px. I generated some CSS locally to add a max-width and padding left and right, this worked until I added it to your CSS and I cannot see why this is not working.

    I will refer your question to one of our developers for insight. They'll be in touch as soon as they can, Monday to Friday, East European Time.

    Hi,

    Logout, purge all of your browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+Del) except for form data and passwords, close the browser and restart / login. I checked and I can see all of your membership levels within PMPRO and within KLEO.

    If you have 5 membership levels and select all 5 levels for page/post/kleo then a user would have to have one of those five membership levels. I do not believe it is even possible to have more than one membership level.

    If you set up your options the way I described above the next step after registration and activation is payment / membership level select. Currently there is not out of the box solution to make the membership level and payment part of the BuddyPress register page and you would need to hire a developer to achieve this for you if that is what you wanted.

    It looks like you were not using the dynamic KLEO login, register and logout menu items. I have altered this for you and it should now work as intended. Please check for yourself. Also you will need to add any icons again to the new menu items in the top menu.

    Thanks,

    Kieran

    Hi,

    There two videos one is within the button titled ‘Out TV Commercial’ and the other is a post thumbnail in the posts slider.

    In the Elementor editor for the page you can hover over the top right of the button to reveal the actions menu and hit the delete icon (X) to remove it.

    You can also delete the posts slider in the same manner if you wish. Hover over it in the top right and click the delete icon (X). If you wish to keep the posts slider but remove the video please go to WP Admin > Posts > Post: ‘Video used as media for blog article’ hover over it and press ‘Delete’. This will leave the post slider in tact but remove that particular post.

    I’ve attached screenshots for all three highlighting the areas you need to select.

    As a side note I work on Saturday and Sunday, and this ticket has moved on somewhat from it’s original topic. For tracking and more timely responses during the week please consider opening a new ticket for other questions not related to the original topic.

    Thank you,

    Kieran.

    Hi,

    You can edit slides for any slider by going to WP Admin > Slider Revolution > Edit: Desired Slider, then selecting any of the slides. You have three in this slider, the link to the third slide is http://www.maid4lakewood.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=revslider&view=slide&id=3 but it appears you have already worked out how to edit that text as your slide now contains alternate text.

    Edit: My apologies, I misread the text and presumed it to be the slider. You can edit the text you quoted by going to Pages > All Pages and editing the homepage (Home Default) with Elementor. Select the Element that shows the text and edit the text in the left panel once open.

    Hi,

    There are no screenshots attached so I cannot see what you are seeing. I have accessed your site as a logged in, logged out and as an incognito user and the field displays correctly for me on the front-end for the profile and register pages as per the back-end (see attached). Green is logged out, blue is logged in.

    As per my above reply have you tried clearing your front-end cache (Ctrl+F5) whilst on the registration page?

    Hi,

    I have updated the CSS I provided to you earlier as noticed the issue also appears when changing the cover image. Please replace the CSS from before with the below.

    COPY CODE
    .change-avatar .bp-screen-reader-text, .change-cover-image .bp-screen-reader-text {
        position: initial;
        margin: unset;
        padding: 0;
        height: auto;
        width: auto;
        overflow: hidden;
        clip: rect(0 0 0 0);
        border: 0;
        word-wrap: normal !important;
        line-height: 30px;
    }

    With regards to the other issue when cropping I do not see the submit/crop button in the HTML and I will therefore refer this ticket to one of our developers for review. They’ll be in touch with as soon as they can, Monday to Friday, East European Time.

    Hi,

    When you edited the fields it doesn’t appear that you changed the title of the fields, they’re still ‘I’m a’ and ‘Looking for’, when you edit the profile field there is a title at the top of the page. Change this value and save. It should update. Make sure to clear your cache from the admin bar and clear your front-end cache (Ctrl+F5) to see the changes.

    Hi Daria,

    In your primary menu you have set every item as !is_woocommerce which means it will not show any items on a WooCommerce page – and is therefore working as intended.

    All of your menu items, both BuddyPress, WooCommerce and otherwise should all live in the same menu (for this method), in your case the menu is titled ‘Main Menu’. You should then use is_woocommerce and !is_woocommerce to show or hide elements on WooCommerce.

    Hi,

    1. You can edit slides for any slider by going to WP Admin > Slider Revolution > Edit: Desired Slider, then selecting any of the slides. You have three in this slider, the link to the second and third are

    http://www.maid4lakewood.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=revslider&view=slide&id=2

    http://www.maid4lakewood.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=revslider&view=slide&id=3

    2. I have checked the fields on the back-end and front-end and the output is as expected, all words match etc.

    By mixed up, do you mean in a different order? If so you can the order of the options with the ‘Sort Order’ drop down above the options when editing the field. You will have a choice of custom (your order), ascending (1,2,3 / a,b,c) or descending (3,2,1 / c,b,a).

    If this is not what you mean please provide more information (and screenshots) so I can look into this.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

    To enable restrictions for BuddyPress for users who do not have a membership (logged out) or to exclude certain membership types functionality please go to WP Admin > Theme Options > Memberships and configure to suit your requirements.

    Your new listing page is located at http://gcci.interactin.com.au/add-business-profile/ so you will be able to add a menu item by going to WP Admin > Appearance > Menus and then selecting the page ‘Add Business Profile’ from the ‘Pages’ panel on the left – make sure to click the ‘View All’ tab of ‘Pages’ panel if you do not immediately see the page.

    You can disable the automatic addition of GeoDirectory’s menu items by going to WP Admin > GeoDirectory > Design > Tab: Navigation > Option: ‘Show geodirectory navigation in selected menu locations’ and click the X on any/all menus selected that you do not wish to automatically add to.

    To restrict this page to only certain membership types you can go to Pages > All Pages and open ‘Add Business Profile’ on the right side of the screen. under the publish/save buttons, you will see another panel titled ‘Require Membership’, select as per your requirements.

    Thanks,

    Kieran

    Hi,

    Please try adding the below CSS to your KLEO Child theme’s style.css file by going to WP Admin > Appearance > Editor > KLEO Child > Style.css or via Theme Options > General Settings > Scroll to: ‘Quick CSS’.

    COPY CODE
    .change-avatar .bp-screen-reader-text {
        position: initial;
        margin: unset;
        padding: 0;
        height: auto;

        border: 0;
        word-wrap: normal !important;
        line-height: 30px;
    }

    Hi,

    Swapping out whole menus depending on the template used can be troublesome with caching etc. I would recommend using a plugin like Menu Item Visibility Control which can be found in the WordPress.org repository for free here https://wordpress.org/plugins/menu-items-visibility-control/ with conditional checks for the content in the visibility field.

    With the plugin installed open your menu item and add the below to the visibility field to only show a menu item if it is a WooCommerce page

    is_woocommerce

    Likewise use the below to only show menu items if it is not a WooCommerce page

    !is_woocommerce

    If you apply this to the parent menu item that you wish to hide then the children will inherit the same state as the parent.

    Hope this helps,

    Kieran

    Hi,

    Personally I would leave it enabled for all devices as you want to make the signup process as easy and immediate as possible. The form area (form and image) stay proportional all the way down from desktop resolutions until it reaches the break point of 768px (mobile) where it becomes full width – you can test this out by opening the browser console on the right side of the screen (F12) and then slowly resizing the console panel which will resize the view port of your site.

    If you see something different from this please record a short video and share it with me so I can check it out.

    I am not sure what you’re referring to with the register button, I checked it out on the front-end and it is exactly the same height as the login button next to it. Do you mean that you wish to style it differently? If so please let me know what you would like to change and at what screen size (desktop, mobile, mobile only etc).

    Thanks,

    Hi,

    I used your updated password and was able to login fine. The default action, which is to return to the page where the login occurred, was carried out successfully.

    Once you have logged in you can then navigate to /wp-admin/ like on any other WordPress powered site to manage the back-end. The URL for you is http://www.maid4lakewood.com/wp-admin/.

    If you would like I can install a third party plugin and create an admin only menu item that will link to wp-admin for your ease. Or I can install a different plugin called Peter’s Login Redirect to redirect you, an admin, automatically to wp-admin upon login. Is that something you would like me to do?

    Thanks,

    Hi,

    I will assign this ticket to one of our developers for review to see if they can assist. However this appears to fall under custom development and is likely to not covered within the scope of the support offered with the theme.

    You may need to hire a developer if you are unable to extend third party code to meet your custom code requirements. One of our developers will be in touch with you as soon as they can, Monday to Friday, East European Time.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

    You can find many support articles here https://archived.seventhqueen.com/sweetdate.

    With regards to creating, editing or deleting profile field or profile field groups please go to WP Admin > Users > Profile Fields. Here you can create or delete tabs (profile groups) that house profile fields. Click on any profile tab and create any new field you wish, or delete any you do not need.

    If you require the field to appear on the signup page you will need to add it to the tab titled ‘Base’.

    Thanks,

    Kieran

    Hi,

    Your site URL is http://www.maid4lakewood.com, this is what a user will see when they access your site.

    The page you’re accessing in your screenshot, http://www.maid4lakewood.com/wp-login.php, is a WordPress login page that users will not generally be directed to. This is to access the back-end of the website, which again, is not somewhere you would traditionally allow your users to access.

    Hi,

    I have checked your site again and it looks like your host made the changes that were needed in the URL settings. I deleted a duplicate of SweetDate that was in WP Admin > Appearance > Themes and installed the SweetDate Child theme.

    I ran the theme setup (WP Admin > Appearance > Theme Setup) installed the standard plugins, imported all content including pages, set the permalinks structure and double checked all of the settings. Your site now appears to be working as expected. Let me know if you have any issues.

    Hi,

    I just tried logging into the domain you provided in your original text, however, upon logging in I am redirected to http://box5475.temp.domains/~maidfoul/

    You need to make sure that your website has the correct WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) set in WP Admin > Settings > General. However, if the site at box5475 is not the WordPress install you wish to use then you will need to do this via your hosts database management tool. Please open a ticket directly with your host if you do not know how to do this.

    Once this has been resolved please let me know and I will into the theme issue for you.

    Thanks,

    Kieran

    Hi,

    Thanks for contacting us about altering the size of the menu items. Not all fonts are legible at smaller px values but you can always override them with CSS.

    You can use the below custom CSS in SweetDate’s Theme Options or in Appearance > Editor

    COPY CODE
    ul#menu-top-meny a {
        font-size: 16px !important;
    }

    Thanks,

    Kieran
