The gallery of members its not a feature of the theme, or buddypress, you will need to hire a developer to create that function for you.

Hello, i have tested it and it works, just not at first login, because you have a plugin that redirects to profile and forces photo upload, but at second login i am redirected to membership table, you should deactivate the photo plugin because is conflicting with the first login redirection to membership tables

Hello, the header cannot be transparent in other pages as the background is white. Its transparent in homepage because you have an image as background so the header can be transparent to that image. But as in other pages there is no image as background, only a color, it cannot be transparent, it can be white, grey… or any other color but its impossible to be transparent to white background.
