First try to go to wp-admin -> Tools -> Buddypress – reinstall emails

this issue was in past and it was directly related to the buddypress, it was a bug there…

Make sure to have latest theme version! !important

Make also to have latest buddypress version, delete current and get new version from repo. !important

If it’s the same try by going to wp-admin -> tools – Buddypress – reinstall emails

Hi,

For the gravatar issue it may happens that because you had used same email addresss like on gravatar/wordpress.com and also on you wp/buddypress account.You can try this plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/disable-user-gravatar/ to disable completly the gravatar.

The article tab generated by the social articles there will appear only the user written articles.

There is no plugin/solution combining articles/topics from blog and forum.

That it means that rtmedia issue it may come directly from their plugin. ask them about that

The issue seems to come from other thing than our theme, so i had activated default wp theme and the issue persists, this result the issue comes from other thing.

You may need to disable all plugins except VC then check … maybe change the post template… if it’s the same ask the Visual Composer team

Try to update to latest 4.3.10 KLEO also. I am sure it is not related to the theme update but maybe the update of Visual composer can have something to do with it.

What Visual composer version you have now and was it updated meanwhile?

Hi,

There could be 2 main reasons for that.

1. You had done custom templates in your child for them theme/woocommerce or buddypress and now they are deprecated. So to can check this de-activate child theme and check if it’s displayed correctly.

2. Some plugins are in conflict… de-activate all plugins except Visual Composer and K-elements beside the child theme then check.

Also make sure to have all plugins updated to latest version.

Ok.. leave it like that until we investigate and fix, please provide to me all shortcode content of the page containing the issue with the grading, so before copy and paste the code, enable gradient, paste the code to pastebin.com then discard the change (leave the gradient off) on your site and give me the whole content shortcode to give it to designer.

SO your issues are very odd no other users reported similar and from what i see there is no issue displaying artciles on /blog/ on my end and in demo.

I will ask you to check if theme runins latest update 4.3.8 if no update it. Make sure to have all plugins updated.

IF same problems persists, de-activate child theme and all plugins. Then check if your issues are still there.

If no it means one of the deactivated things caused that and you should enable them back one by one while you check.

Those icons can be hiden frmo wp-admin -> theme options-> header options

FOr centering hte buddypress icons i don’t get how you want them, can you please screenshot that with some notes to can understand ?

The undefined error can be throw when from example buddypress it’s not activated… check to have it.. also make sure to have friendship and all components activated frmo wp-admin -> settigs -> buddypress

Try to do the next,

First of all disable child.

Re-download the parent theme from themeforest

Delete the parent theme that you had already instelled,

Reinstall it and enable it onlu parent, check if still have the issue.s

Assure you to have buddypress and all plugins installed and related components activated.

IF it’s the same enable wp_debug

Steps to enable wp debug:

•  Connect to your server by FTP
• Look in root directory of your WordPress install and open wp-config.php
• Search for define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false ); and change FALSE value to TRUE

If this is useless please try to deactivate additional plugins except Visual Composer, K-elements, BuddyPress, Paid memberships pro and revolution slider.

After you have disabled the plugins try to see if the error persists.

That it meaning the issue has nothing to do with our theme.

If you had deleted and installed again the buddypress and you have same issue not sure what to advise you, try to ask the same on the bp forums.

Make sure to have friends connection component activated under wp-admin -> settings -> buddypress –
