    Hi there,

    Plugins like Visual composer and Revolution Slider, which are premium plugins bundled in our theme, will get updates from SeventhQueen trough our own update system.

    Just go to Appearance – Install Plugins and check to see if plugins updates are available and to update them.  It should be a relatively easy process.

    Hello, normally they can enter the YouTube url in their activity stream and WordPress will handle the rest to show the video.

    Also you can try looking for a BuddyPress plugin that maybe already does something like that.

    Hi, please take a look at your settings since that normally does not happen. Check what page you set as your homepage and obviously it should not be the register one. Disable any other plugins and other custom settings before posting a support topic since we can help with problems caused by the theme and not by wordpress settings or other plugins.

    we are at the point of rewriting Sweetdate theme and making it more actual with Visual composer and better shortcodes and options.

    That should be achieved this year.

    In the settings you have 3 general styling sets, Black transparent, White transparent or Theme default. Other than those, you will have to make your custom changes

    It seems like you haven’t read my answer. Anyway, replace the files from k-elements/languages folder with the ones from the attached zip and check the strings in the Loco translate plugin

    Hi, Please translate K-elements plugin using Loco translate plugin. Try to delete the files under k-elements/languages and add your language since the .pot file could be a bit old.

    Also your paths look a bit weird so try to check your install since there seem to be a lot of wordpress folders. try to make the wordpress install again if you still get errors.

    Hi there, I am sure that the main package does not contain any viruses or malware so there should be nothing to worry about.

    The “POST Content-Length” error should be something related to hosting and it is advised to contact them when you encounter errors.

    I think your theme probably partially uploaded. Can you do the upload again please since from the errors it says that some files are missing. Try to do it over FTP and put the contents of kleo.zip file in wp-content/themes/kleo

    Glad to hear it works. I don’t think it was related to cache but probably you weren’t overwriting the theme files.

    Hopefully you can change the Themeforest rating too 🙂

    I do not worry, we have clients that respect our work.

    You don’t have to skip a step, just follow the docs on how to update and read carefully since you don’t copy the Main files folder, just copy the extracted files from kleo.zip found under WordPress. Automatic update should be easier, try that.

    Keep in mind that your are doing an update and not an install since you already have Kleo 3.1.x installed.

    Giving a 1 star rating and not waiting for an answer here is something that I cannot understand, especially when is not something related to the theme.

    From the screnshot you provided it is something with the local development server since the DNS can’t resolve your localhost name. My guess is that is your web server is not even working

    Basically you can change every color in the theme that does not style from the Customizer or if you want something custom. Try using Chrome Inspect element feature to see elements CSS properties

    Hi, your question was about the plugins not working as I could understand from how you question.

    If it is about the license that is not activating then you don’t need to do anything since the plugins are bundled in the theme and you don’t get a separate purchase code for the plugins.

    Update to Kleo 4.0.4 and you will be able to update your plugins to latest versions.

    I fixed all the other strings. I will publish the update today, 1.1.1 and if you have the buddypress strings translated then they should automatically appear translated.

    It seems like buddypress plugin changed some strings and the templates from our theme needed to be updated.
