Hi,
This seems to be some kind of pay page, please can you assign the package to the account you wish me to work under so I can view that page, as it stands I get the page that I screenshoted above and then a payment page when I click the button, neither of which appear to be the content you wished me to look at originally.
Thanks,
Kieran.

Kieran_SQModeratorHi,
Sorry to hear those steps didn’t work. Please could you open a ticket on the BuddyPress forums with regards to this issue as it is directly related to either the core BuddyPress plugin or WordPress itself.
You can open a new topic by going to https://buddypress.org/support/
Thanks,
Kieran

Kieran_SQModeratorHi,
I logged into your site and found that you have already imported the demo data successfully and had a partially created menu. I have done the following for you.
– “Register page with register form [paid registration/membership]” I have installed Paid Memberships Pro and it’s required pages for you, please go to WP Admin > Memberships to configure this plugin further to your needs.
– “home page” I have set the home page to the community demo. To change which page is used please go to WP Admin > Settings > Reading > Section: “Front page displays”
– Set blog page to blog from the demo content, to change which page is used please go to WP Admin > Settings > Reading > Section: “Front page displays”
– Assigned the menu and added “Home”. “Activity”, “Members”, “Groups” and “Blog” items to the menu. To add or remove items please go to WP Admin > Appearance > Menus
– Added dynamic login, logout and register menu items to add, edit or remove items please go to WP Admin > Appearance > Menus
– Created page titled “About” please go to Pages > All Pages > Scroll to” “About”, click edit and design page as required. With regards to events and ticketing you’ll have to research and install a third party plugin that suits your needs. There are many options available some are standalone plugins that specialize in ticketing and others are add ons to plugins like WooCommerce. You can try the WordPress Plugin Repository, WooCommerce Plugins, YITH Plugins, CodeCanyon and more for research.
Thanks,
Kieran

Kieran_SQModeratorHi,
The page you linked me to doesn’t look like the page in the screenshot. Also, on the page I was linked to, the button appears to be showing.
Please advise,
Kieran.

Kieran_SQModeratorHi,
You’ll find the PHP and HTML for the logo in
/buddyapp/buddyapp/page-parts/header-top.php
You’ll need to move this to
/buddyapp-child/buddyapp/page-parts/header-top.php
To make your changes.
As for making the header-top full width this will take extensive coding as BuddyApp is built to work for many devices. Changing the structure will change how BuddyApp works and you may experience issues on some devices.

Kieran_SQModeratorHi,
I’ve only ever had a need once to use an avatar other than the Mystery Man and I used this plugin BuddyPress First Letter Avatar https://wordpress.org/plugins/buddypress-first-letter-avatar/. It’s a bit of a different take on the idea so I do not know if this works for you or not. You can replace the images used with your own.
The avatar is a core part of WordPress and not really related to theme or plugin, and with little reason to manipulate it, I have just never learned much about it. Though that said, there probably isn’t that much to learn about it.
If you’re looking for plugin suggestions you may want to try our KLEO Theme Community. You may find that other users have experience in related plugins. You can find it here https://www.facebook.com/groups/kleowp/.
Thanks,
Kieran.

Kieran_SQModeratorHi,
Thanks for contacting us regarding a different template for BuddyPress search results. I don’t actually know the answer to your question so I am going to ask my colleague @Radu take a look at this for you, they’ll be in touch on Monday or Tuesday.
Thanks for your patience,

Kieran_SQModeratorHi @mitaire,
Sorry to hear you’re having issues, please update this ticket with some admin login credentials for WordPress and I’ll be happy to create a new menu for you.
If you’d like to create a new menu yourself you can go WP Admin > Appearance > Menus > Click link: “create a new menu”. Once you have clicked this link you’ll see the page has reloaded and a blank field will appear below, enter the name of your menu and press save to create it. Once the menu has been created you can assign it to the main menu space by scrolling to the bottom of the reloaded page and checking the box called “Primary menu”.
I attach screenshots of these steps below.
Thanks,
Kieran

Thanks for reaching out about default avatars, there are many plugins that will achieve this for you in the WordPress plugin repository, you can see search results for this term here https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/default+avatar/.
It may be a little bit of trial and error finding one that works for you and your setup, but you should be able to find something.
Thanks,
Kieran.

Kieran_SQModeratorHi @gimmedia,
Could you please try the below tests clearing your local cache (Ctrl + F5) and checking to see if the issue still exists with each step
– Disable website and server level caching
– Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and K ElementsIf the issue continues after these tests please can you update the ticket with some login credentials so I can look into it further.
Thanks,
Kieran

Kieran_SQModeratorHi @Jaturan,
Thanks for contacting us today about the styling issues you’re having.
You can make the mobile header fixed / sticky by using the below CSS in your KLEO Child theme’s style.css or by going to Theme Options > General Settings > Scroll to: Quick CSS
COPY CODE@media(max-width:991px){ div#header {margin-bottom: 50px;} .navbar {position: fixed;display: block;} }
To edit the colors used in your header please go to Theme Options > Styling Options > Header. You will be able to set colors and background images in this panel for the header area.
Thanks,
Kieran.

Kieran_SQModeratorHi @MichaelLanz,
Could you please clarify for me if there is or is not and upload button in Themes > Add New?
If there is not then that is a host level issue that you should discuss directly with the host. Is your host WordPress.com by chance?
If there is an upload button could you give me more information on what issue you’re facing please?
Thanks,
Kieran

Kieran_SQModeratorHi,
Thanks for contacting us, you can use a plugin called Loco Translate from the WordPress plugin repository to translate these strings if you have more than a few. If you only have a few you could try the below code in your child theme’s functions.php file.
COPY CODE// Translate my phrase add_filter('gettext', 'translate_reply'); add_filter('ngettext', 'translate_reply'); function translate_reply($translated) { $translated = str_ireplace('Add Friend', 'Connect', $translated); return $translated; }
Replace Add Friend with the word you wish to translate and replace Connect with the word you wish to use.
Thanks,
Kieran.

Kieran_SQModeratorHi,
You’ll have to go the page in the backend, click the pencil icon for the row where the portfolio element is located, when the modal window opens select the ‘Text & Background’ tab, scroll to “BG vertical position” and “BG horizontal position” set both of these two to middle.
If you have any issues please feel free to update this ticket with admin credentials and I will be happy to adjust this for you.
Thanks,
Kieran.
