Hi, you must remember that the Membership levels page you have assigned to the Register page in Settings – Buddypress – Pages is not the correct register page. The membership levels belongs to Paid memberships Pro plugin. Just create a new page called New register page and assign it there to test. Also keep in mind that if you are logged in and try to register you will be redirected to the homepage

your site is in maintenance and can’t check the problem. The theme does not used Pretty photo for the popup images and it used MagnificPopup. make sure you have the latest theme version installed as well as K-elements plugin. Also try to disable some plugins that might interfere.

The section with the registration check-box is aligned to the right, your section added by the plugin about security is not aligned well since the submit button is on the right.

Normally if you click the checkbox in the popup then it should be automatically selected on the register page. Make sure you haven’t overridden your popup template in your child theme

@cinechopper you need to upload your child theme in case you haven’t. the full path on your server should be wp-content/themes/kleo-child

After you define your features they should appear in Theme options – Memberships so you can configure each feature for each level to set if is available or not for that level

hi @Tom Indeed, to customize the template copy it to /themes/kleo-child/buddypress/register.php

make sure the template folder path is just like the one in the parent theme
The register page is generated by Buddypress so I don’t think editing with VC is going to be in the near future

@Tom Kleo uses default Buddypress functionality to show this info and probably that plugin needs to handle this too.

After long time of debugging it seems that is related to the fact that when the facebook window with the permissions comes up, you uncheck the email address so that is why you get that message. I have made a change to the Facebook login logic to check for the email

Replace this file contents with the contents from the one attached
wp-content/themes/kleo/kleo-framework/lib/function-facebook-login.php
