htdocs/wp-content/themes/kleo/vc_templates
other than htdocs it could be public_html since it depends on the hosting
when you get to that folder just copy and replace the vc_row.php file you extracted from the attached zip file

Also you can try importing using Appearance – KLEO DEMO data new interface that allows you to import sliders too

Try to change those elements from the fixed width property since that css is static or maybe look in the plugins settings to change the content fixed width value
