Hello there.
On our demo we haven’t used any minification or caching plugin but I think Better WordPress Minify does a good job. For the JS notice in your print-screen you should move all the JS from the header to footer. There are lots of plugins that add the Js to the header and you could use the plugin above to accomplish that.

The only improvement I see it needs is to increase the site speed so it loads fast on your mobile app. that can be done with caching, CDN, resource minification and getting rid of any extra plugins.

Hello. the HTML landing page isn’t needed to be integrated into the WP theme since the theme also has a front page that looks like the landing page. If you imported the demo content it should be named Home and set it as your homepage from WP admin – Settings – Reading
