Probably your site was targeted by a spam attack, try to install a plugin like WangGuard to help you against spam.
Even that, I’m pretty curious how much traffic did the generated that you had to be extra charged.

Firstly you should point your attention into finding a gateway which won’t reject your site, for example, one of them would be https://www.zombaio.com/

But please note that using a not so popular gateway, if they don’t offer you support to integrate it into your platform then you’ll probably end up by having to hire a developer and build the gateway integration by your own ( for pmpro or woocommerce ).

Instead of using the “Kleo Post Grid” element you can try to use the simple “Post Grid” element which might have a few options for filtering by custom categories made by third party plugins.

This is no issue at all, it’s just dynamic alignment of the boxing which is called “masonry”, style which you can find for example on pinterest and on a lot of other sites. Take a look at our demo to understand better: http://seventhqueen.com/themes/kleo/members/

The rest of the aspects you’ve put up I think they mostly depend to your own preferences and isn’t something reported until now. With a few tweaks you could change the listing exactly to what you want but please note that this will require you to have some programming skills.

Unfortunately this issue seems to be related to the bbPress & BuddyPress plugins files integrity and permisions.
Could you please to manually update or reinstall your this two plugins over ftp, by downloading a copy of them and overriding their files over ftp.

As the error itself says, it’s a server misconfiguration. This error might be triggered by an outdated plugin that you’re trying to use or by any extra code snippets used in the functions.php file and it is not related to our theme.

Please note that the only thing that might make your site “slow and heavy” would be the number of plugins that you’re using and also the quality of your hosting plan.

Some quick fixes that work for the majority it would be to check the integrity of your .htaccess file from the root directory of your site or by increasing the allowed php memory size.

Sorry for the late reply, unfortunately your first question isn’t something very easy to be made, don’t know if it’s even possible, because PMPro processes it’s checkout/payment details only in his assigned pages.

You could deal with this issue by blocking users into selecting a membership level at their first login, before having access to your site, here is a code snippet to help you achieve that:

This error seems to be related to some compression extension that you should have enabled on your server.
It refers to gzip encoding/decoding.

I was recommending you just to move to a normal hosting environment for testing purposes only to detect from where does the issue comes ( from server configuration or a theme / wp / plugin bug or conflict ).

Moving the login to another page will resolve the login issue, but think at other places where ajax requests are used and where this timeout issue could cause other kind of errors or problems.

Hi @ianll, have you noticed that the cover area will remember your selection ( show less / show more ) and will show all other profiles in the way you’ve set it last time ( it does that using a cookie ) ?

That’s because the quick navigation is only built to loop trough all members, and not to retain your search details and narrow the loop only to those members.
But, your idea sounds pretty nice, soon we’ll put up a voting section for feature requests, be sure to add it there, and if people will show interest to it we’ll be more than happy to implement it.

We’ve found the issue and we’re working on a fix, the problem is present only when using a 3 columns layout, so until we release an update fix for it, probably you’ll want to consider to use the template in 2 columns layout where everything should work just fine.
