Everything seems to be fine there, nothing that is related anyway.

Please can you answer the questions from my initial reply

– Have you added any new plugins in the last 24 to 48 hours?
– Changed any WordPress / BuddyPress settings on your site?

Can you let me know which account the failed activation key screenshot from above refers to.

I cannot seem to replicate your issue, I have signed up twice and both times the signup was a success from beginning to end. Please disable all caching and clear your local cache (Ctrl+F5) and try the process from start to finish again.

I understand if you do not wish to provide privileged disposable account details however I will not be able to check anything in the back-end for you.

Please consider disabling maintenance mode and providing basic account details (if your site is membership based).

The code works fine for me in development, locally and on other customer sites. It may simply be a case of you needing to add CSS for the area.

Hi,

When I check your site using the URL provided I can see that you’re using the ‘Galaxy Particles’ effect and not ‘Let It Snow’. If the error appears on a different page please let me know the URL.

Also how are you activating the effect? If it is via Theme Options this will effect all pages and all content.

If this effect is enabled in a single row via WP Bakery (formerly Visual Composer) then please let me know which page as well as updating this ticket with admin credentials so that I may take a closer look.

Please can you test the change I just made with an admin account and a standard user with the membership level that should not see the create group button.

I changed the PHP used in the header.php file to

Hi,

Do you mean how to show the author name on a blog post? If so please go to Theme Options > Blog > Scroll to ‘Display post meta in Single post page’ and make sure it is set to ‘Yes’ then click in the next field ‘Display Meta Fields’ and select Author and any other meta types you wish to use.

Hi,

I understand now what you’re referring to, unfortunately that element does not work that way and as far as I know we do not have any shortcode that works to replace X content on hover of X content/image.

There are probably plugins available within the directory that would do this for you but I do not have a good suggestion for one that I know works well.

If you like you can create a new public ticket describing this feature and I will be happy to move the ticket to feature requests so that the KLEO community can vote on it.

Hi,

1. Please open a new public ticket about this particular request and I will move the ticket straight into the feature requests forum for you so it may be voted on by the KLEO community.

If you wanted to only show this menu item when a notification is received you should change the menu item to have no icon and change the navigation label / title to the below

 

To add an icon before the count you could use the below CSS, this would need tweaking of course but it is a good start to show you how to achieve this with CSS

Hi,

To use this feature, please do the following in your desired post

– To the right of the video editor and below the publish button is a panel titled ‘Format’, select ‘Video’ in this panel.

– Scroll past the post editor down to a panel titled ‘Theme General Setting’, select the tab titled ‘Media’

– Paste the full URL for your video into the field titled ‘Video oEmbed URL’ and save.

You should now see your YouTube or Vimeo video as a thumbnail on the front-end. Please note you must use the full YouTube URL (youtube.com/…) for the video and not the short share version (youtu.be/…)

Thanks for reaching out JB, I’m not 100% on your question but I think you’re referring to the option ‘Transparent Header’ which can be set for individual pages or en-masse (the latter option is deprecated).

To enable on a page by page basis please go to the desired page, click edit, scroll down past the post editor to the panel titled ‘Theme General settings’, click the ‘Display settings’ tab if not already selected and scroll to and check the box for ‘Transparent Header’ – make sure to also choose the option below for ‘Transparent Header – Menu color’.

To enable site wide please go to Theme Options > Header Options > Scroll to: ‘Transparent Main Menu’ and toggle to on.

If this is not what you mean please let me know so I may assist better.

Thanks for reaching out, I will respond below in a numbered format for ease.

1. Currently we do not have a way to separate the type of notifications generated in the original notifications menu option. I will forward this as a suggestion to the developers for you.

2. No extra class is added to the a tag when notifications are generated so there is currently no way for that to work, however, you can override the CSS for the notification bubble with the below CSS. Adjust as needed and clear cache(s) to see changes

3. You can use the below CSS in your KLEO Child theme’s style.css or in Theme Options > General Settings > Scroll to: ‘Quick CSS’ to hide the element. Please make sure to clear all of your caches to see changes.
