Hi,
Thanks for reaching out about email issues that you’re having. BuddyApp doesn’t generate or send any emails through WordPress, BuddyPress etc which means that the issue is either your server is not sending to Hotmail addresses or more likely you’re getting registered as spam by Hotmail’s anti-spam system.
You will need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to review or send you the mail error logs, look for failures to send, returned and returned as spam. You should also run your domain name through a spam checker, if you fail this test you should work with the company behind the spam list to meet their requirements.
If it looks like spam will be an issue for you going forward with Hotmail addresses then you should look into offloading your email from your server with services like SendGrid who will send the message from their own servers and IP’s via an API.

Also, as this is a third party plugin that is not developed by the Elementor team please consider opening a support ticket on their WordPress plugin page which can be found here https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/elementor-addon-widgets. I can see that their plugin has not been updated for a month and therefore may have issues with the latest version of Elementor.

I have logged into your site and spent some time trying to debug the issue but I cannot seem to pinpoint it, therefore I will refer this ticket to a developer who will in touch with you as soon as they can, Monday to Friday, East Europe Time.
In the mean time please try disabling all plugins to see if the issue persists

Please use the below CSS to customize the padding around the sub menu items
.dropdown-menu li a {padding: 5px 8px !important;}
I have reduced the values from 10px / 18px to 5px / 8px, you can adjust these values as needed. You will need to clear your cache(s) to see any changes.
Alternatively we also have a mega menu option that you could enable for the menu item ‘gifts’ which would turn the child items ‘Gift ideas’, ‘Themed gifts’, etc etc into headings and show the items below instead of showing a second layer of child items. You can do this by going to Appearance > Menus and opening the gifts menu item that has already been added to the menu and checking the option for mega menu.

Thanks for contacting us about issue you’re facing with the hamburger menu item. When I check your site using the console (F12) I can see you have several errors relating to autoptimize and Google tag manager.
Please disable autoptimize to see if the issue the issue goes away, make sure to purge the website cache, CDN and local cache to see these changes. Additionally as this is a mobile issue you will likely need to completely clear your mobile browser data (except for passwords and form data) as mobile data caching can be incredibly aggressive.
KLEO is compatible with autoptimize so this is likely to do with a secondary plugin or your jQuery options within autoptimize.

I have logged into your site and checked that the BuddyPress feature ‘Profile Visibility’ is working, I found it to be working for both admin and users (see screenshot).
It took me a little while to realize you were referring to the other tab titled ‘Privacy’, this is not a function of BuddyPress, and appears to be a part of rtMedia you can go to WP Admin > rtMedia > Settings > Tab: Privacy to enable or disable this option (see screenshot).
The option does work but maybe not in that way you were expecting, it sets the default privacy level for updates on the activity page (see screenshot).
I think the function you’re after is ‘Profile Visibility’ which can be accessed in the same area and does work as an overall privacy function for users.

It is entirely possible that may happen if you’re using plugins that do not yet support PHP 7.x, so long as they plugin has been updated in the last year it should however be okay.
PHP 5.X support was finally dropped on 19th Jan 2017 with PHP 7.0 available from 3rd Dec 2015, it comes with greater speed and security and is well worth adopting if you can. You should make a backup of both database and files before switching your PHP version. If for whatever reason you site becomes unresponsive you should just be able to switch back to 5.X, and at worst switch back to 5.X and use your backups to carry out a restore.

The form we have is processed in the same way as the wp-login.php and /wp-admin/ login form so in general it shouldn’t be handled any differently than any other form within WordPress. The only difference I can see is the URL where the request is sent from is not wp-login.php or /wp-admin/.
I can’t tell you why mod_security is blocking this, I would need to see the rules your host has set and your security logs to see why it was blocked to offer an opinion.
If you cannot access these logs or these rules your host should be able to, please ask them to review the logs for anything obvious and adjust if they can. Please also share the logs here in a .txt file so I can take a look.
If they are unwilling to adjust any rules for you on an account level it is unlikely anything we could do on this end would work as it is likely to be something very broad to throw a 406 error for a standard login form.

If you would like to learn more about CSS you can visit w3c at https://www.w3schools.com/css/ which will allow you to learn basics to advanced whilst being able to play with the CSS.
If you’re already competent with CSS and would like to know what the specific class is for an element you can right click any element and click inspect from the menu that appears – this will load the console (F12) for that item in particular.

The current version we have shipped with KLEO is version 5.4.5, please go to Appearance > Install Plugins and update any of the bundled plugins you have installed.
Please make sure you have updated Theme Options > Theme Update with your ThemeForest username and API key to receive the latest theme and plugin updates.

I was able to log into your site and import the fields for you using the theme setup option in WP Admin > Appearance. If you continued to receive this error you should log out of WordPress and purge your local cache (Ctrl+F5), this resolves most issues like this.
You can see the newly imported fields under WP Admin > Users > Profile Fields.
With regards to groups you can set a photo whilst creating the group on the front-end or update an existing group by going to the desired group, select: ‘manage’, select: ‘photo’ and upload your image (see screenshot).

Thanks for reaching out to us about issues you’re having on mobile. I have checked your site and found that it loaded all styles as expected on mobile and on desktop (see screenshots).
It looks like you may have a caching issue, please try the following
– Delete website cache
– Purge CDN
– Go to your mobile browser data settings and clear everything except for form data and passwordsMake sure to close your browser fully (kill the app) after clearing your data and before viewing the site again to ensure the purge works.
