Hello, for the child theme, if you reinstall the chil theme, all css in style.css will be empty, as the ol style.css will be replaced.
Translations should be under wp-content/languages/ and for plugins in wp-content/languages/plugins
Social links may have disappeared from the options due to the reinstalls, you will need to configure them again.
For buddypress forum and group creation, please check at Tools/buddypress check all options and then go to Settings/buddypress , Settings/forums and check out that are settings are well setup, such as allow members to create groups.

For geodirectory please specify a it more 🙂
Also go to Settings/permalinks and select DEFAULT, save and then POST NAME and save

Hello, the database of your website should be in utf-08. Coul you check it out if its like that? Try to contact your hosting so they can assist you. If its like that then maybe its a plugin that could be blocking it

Hello, i dont know why this could be happening, the only option is to tell your client how to update it, like this:
Themeforest Account: Downloads
And click on the theme download button, download the installable files only, then in Admin Panel > Themes go to add new > Upload and drop the theme files there

Hello, you are not using a child theme?
Try disabling some plugins, maybe one of them is doing that.That setion are member directory files. Codes are in functions.php , bp-functions.php , members-loop.php

But if your developer didnt edit them, then the files are the default ones, so this is not related to them

Got to geo-my-wp folder in wp-content/plugins find geo-my-wp.php and copy that file, then go to the child theme folder in wp-content/themes and create a new folder, call it geo-my-wp and paste the file you copied there.

Edit it and find
