Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionRadu
ModeratorHi,
I’m able to check both radio buttons.

I don’t think the “Security header is not valid” error message it’s caused by our theme cuz there it’s PMpro page and plugin in action.
Did you have tried to see how it behaves with default wp theme ( tweenty seventeen )?
Do you have the latest version of WordPress? If not update those
Do you have the latest version of plugins installed? If not update those
If you de-activate all plugins it works? if yes enable back plugins one by one to identify what causes this.
Sincerely I don’t think that can be caused by theme
Cheers

ModeratorHi,
1. I cannot see/test the search form cuz I’m not logged in and the register form it’s displayed instead, so I need a test account.
2. On Top Members section tabs recent and active works but only popular not, in this case, you should try to deactivate the child theme and all plugins except BuddyPress to test again if it works, if it’s the same follow the debug procedure.
Please follow these steps to enable wp debug:
- Connect to your server by FTP
- Look in root directory of your WordPress install and open wp-config.php
- Search for define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false ); and change FALSE value to TRUE
COPY CODEdefine( 'WP_DEBUG', true );- After this line add this:
COPY CODEdefine( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );WP_DEBUG_LOG is a companion to WP_DEBUG that causes all errors to also be saved to a debug.log log file inside the /wp-content/ directory. This is useful if you want to review all notices later or need to view notices generated off-screen (e.g. during an AJAX request or wp-cron run).
Repeat the described actions and then check the debug.log file and let me know what error appears.
If this is useless please try to deactivate additional plugins except for Visual Composer, K-elements, BuddyPress, Paid memberships pro and revolution slider.
After you have disabled the plugins try to see if the error persists.
Cheers

ModeratorHi,
Make sure to have show avatars option checked in wp-admin -> settings-> reading.

Also in theme options -> Facebook integration you should have show avatars checked

Check those settings

ModeratorHi,
How have you added new page template?
In this way, a new template can be created: https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/creating-custom-page-templates-in-wordpress/
But you can duplicate a template from ours, example this one : /wp-content/themes/kleo/page-templates/left-sidebar.php
And to can have it even you update the theme just put the new template in wp-content/themes/kleo-child/page-templates/
NOTE: Child theme needs to be installed and activated.

ModeratorHi,
I see, ok but you should prefix the rule to be applied only on that page, 4948 represents the page id
COPY CODE.page-id-4948 .wpb_wrapper {position: inherit !important;}So revert back that change and add this CSS to wp-admin -> theme options -> general settings -> quick CSS

Now you should search for the “month” string in paid memberships pro plugin thru loco translate and to translate it since our theme will not more overwrite the account template

ModeratorHi,
I was able to reproduce that on my local, the reason because the icons are not rendered there it’s because the widget itself, it cannot pass the icon thru it, as a technical solution we should create a new widget for that.
I will add this to improvement list and in future, this will be implemented

ModeratorHi,
Our theme doesn’t come with the sensei plugin… sense it’s a separate plugin wich is not bundled in our theme!
If you still have the ticket open with the sensei support team tell him about this.

R.Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionRadu
ModeratorHi,
Cannot access wp-admin with the provided account, I think there it’s a custom modification that causes that, de-activate all plugins excluding BuddyPress and also de-activate child theme.
On the theme demo this is not happening, so since I cannot reproduce on my local install and/or demo it means it’s something related to your install changes/customizations.
Cheers
