Hi, You can customize those button from Paid memberships pro settings. if you want to redirect instead you should try looking for a snipet on their site to do that since is related to the plugin

in 2.3 version coming these days we added a option to set the header size so that up/down won’t happen anymore. All you have to do is enable it from Theme options – Header options – Enable Custom header height and Save

}

try setting
pointer-events: auto;
but this will make the video non click-able so you can play it or pause it with click

I updated the function taking care of matching in your child theme. just delete the file from your child theme if you haven’t added changes in it. Also try clearing caches and the usual stuff

Anything you might want to achieve you should consider doing it yourself..
You are developing a site for yourself and it is normal to want other things than in the stock theme so you should build your site with a developer that can help extending the functionality for you.
