Going in your themes page, click on the main Kleo theme, no the child, and the version umber should appear in there. You can compare it with the one shown in the changelog from the themeforest page of the theme.

Unfortunately I can’t access your site, wp-admin is protected and wp-login doesn’t work, either the ajax login fails, did you added any hard lockdown of this areas because otherwise I see your site is loading pretty well.

Pulling 1000 posts at page load will be a totally wrong approach, because VC will try to load them all at once, not gradual as how theoretical should be. Maybe VC will improve their post pulling system in the future so that the when you hit he Load More button, it will really pull new posts instead of just revealing already loaded posts.

Please consider using the “Kleo Accordion” for your tabs, which will automatically scroll to the active header.
This is a know issue when working with so much content in tabs.
If the issue will still persist then please provide me admin credentials so I can give a closer look.

This issue appeared when you had WPML activated but not the additional wpml string translation and wpml translation management plugins installed and activated as well.
I have fixed this for the next update, if you want to make use of this fix meanwhile please provide me an ftp account so I can patch your theme.

I have given a quick look at your site and you experience such issues because of some custom developments that you have in the functions.php file of your child theme. Removing those modifications should allow the restrictions to work properly.

Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorHi Nathan, I re-checked your website and the issue seems to be away, I think this is some sort of delay until your site fully loads and when you experience slow loading times you the issue might appear till the site is fully loaded.
Also I recommend you to check and update the theme to it’s latest version.

I recommend you to deactivate all your plugins and re-activate them one by one until you find the one thats producing your issue.

You can also try to manually add that class to your menu item which should do the same.

Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorHi and sorry for the late reply, indeed in the source of the search functionality there was a lack of esc_url function on those generated links, but adding the escape doesn’t change anything, but, just to be safe, I’ll add them for next theme updates.
In our live demo, you can test the search over here ( http://seventhqueen.com/themes/kleo/pinterest/ ) , and you will see that searching for the “kleo post” keywords will produce the following url ( http://seventhqueen.com/themes/kleo/?s=kleo%20post ) which I think it’s normally formatted.
If your issue is still present please let me know so we can give an extra look into it.

Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorHi @thinkvision, there is no way to change the breakpoints, you only have to optimise the length of your menu items and the amount of menu items in order to fit the available space.
Now on your site I see everything works fine and your logo doesn’t push the menu on another line anymore.Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.

In this case I have added and tested the code and it works, maybe you forgotten to clear the cache after applying the code. Also please be sure you don’t have any plugins active that you don’t use because it might slow down your site.

Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorHi @samv, we really appreciate your support, but please understand that making a wordpress site loading that fast is not extremely easy and depends on a lot more things beside the theme itself. There are caching solutions that can be taken into consideration, optimisation of images, deactivating any unneeded plugins, minifying your page resources and so on, and most important you’ll also need a very good hosting plan, usually a mid-size vps plan would be required.
This optimisation process is pretty custom and fully depends of what your site contains and how you’re using it and very important, how many plugins you have active.
We are in the process or rebuilding our documentation in the near future and of providing a knowledge base section which will also contain guidance on what to do in such cases, but it will be just something basic.
In your case, if you don’t have a developer to help you with this optimisation tasks I recommend you to find and hire one, is pretty important to know what tools to use in the optimisation process for best results.

Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorVisual Composer will load all posts in your page source, there is no “lazy load” of the additional posts, even if you filter them by category, they will be all pulled at page load and hidden or displayed by changing each item visibility.

The main/default author archive is the one ( http://libanville.com/author/christian ), the links to your custom post type author archive is an optional link, it works because it knows under what post type to look for posts.
The main author archive by default won’t include any custom post types, that’s why it won’t list anything.
I think the best approach in your case would be to find a small piece of code to make your archive listing include your custom post types. Here are some examples: http://designpx.com/tutorials/custom-post-types-author-archive/
Please note that this is the default way wordpress works, and is nothing influenced by our theme.

This is a filter added by the seo plugin and not by wordpress itself in order to implement it directly into the theme. Using the child theme and copying the header.php file into the child theme will let you add this modification while also keeping your theme upgradable. From time to time you could compare the old version you copied with a new header.php file in order to see if there are any modifications, or you can simply check the change log topic here on our forums in order too see if we did any modifications to the header.php file.
