Well you’re totally wrong thinking that this is a issue related to our product. It’s a common php issue which is triggered by the wordpress software when you try to upload/process a large file trough it’s theme/plugin upload manager, it could be our theme or any other theme or plugin that you try to upload/activate, the issue will trigger when a certain memory level is reached.
You should try to give a look into your error_log file created by your webserver and if you can gather any additional information about this issue.
Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorWell, manually uploading files over ftp or in your case just copying them in the right location isn’t a workaround, is just an alternative, both ways to upload your theme are right.
The issue isn’t from our theme, if you try to upload any other theme with the same file size as our archive you’ll probably encounter the same issue.

Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorThis error unfortunately is not extremely specific so I can’t point you to an exact fix, I see that you already tried to increase your memory, you should try to find and tweak all php/apache settings that are related to post/upload memory limits. If you search your error on google you’ll find a lot of different fixes, just try some of them until you find what was the cause of the issue in your case.
Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.
CheersHi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorThe issue you’re encounter is triggered by some limits from your stack configuration.
If you can’t upload the theme and you’re in a local environment I recommend you to manually unzip the theme and add copy it to wp-content/themes/You can use a copy of the theme in local environment for test purposes without any issue.

Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionJuly 19, 2015 at 23:22 in reply to: Can I make let the png of the Logo in the header overlap into the body? #68987AndreiModeratorUnfortunately achieving what you want in the sticky header will require manipulation of the negative margin while scrolling in the javascript that takes care of the sticky header.
This isn’t a very easy fix to provide so I recommend you to use the position modification without the sticky header.

Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionJuly 18, 2015 at 15:08 in reply to: URGENT: updated KLEO & Visual Composer, now all of our custom CSS doesn't work. #68844AndreiModeratorEach page should have a custom class added to the body tag ( http://seventhqueen.com/public-files/andrei/2015-07-18-tg18c.png ), so you could try to make your css relative to that class, this way you can keep your css in the file I’ve recommended.

Mark as a solutionJuly 17, 2015 at 22:37 in reply to: URGENT: updated KLEO & Visual Composer, now all of our custom CSS doesn't work. #68784AndreiModeratorA better way to do it would be to just add an extra class to the element you want to style and put your css styling rules in the recommended file, it’s the safest way.

Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorHi,
It seems you have a strange error because of some extra security mods activated on your web hosting.
Please give a look at this solutions and if they don’t work please contact your hosting reporting this 406 errors.
Here is a screenshot better describing the error that blocks the ajax endpoint:

Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorWe didn’t removed anything from our demo but the capture feature only works on certain browsers only if you provide the requested rights to access your webcam. This issue is directly related to the buddypress plugin and doesn’t have any relation with our theme. You can report this bug or find more about it in buddypress forums.

Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionJuly 17, 2015 at 14:37 in reply to: URGENT: updated KLEO & Visual Composer, now all of our custom CSS doesn't work. #68688AndreiModeratorMove any of your custom css to the “wp-content/themes/kleo-child/style.css” file and you shouldn’t have any sort of issues with it.

Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorThat won’t be as easy as that, a proper defer in this case would be to have a placeholder thumbnail with a proper media icon over it, and when you click the icon it would swap the image placeholder with the real iframe.
The method you posted it will only move all iframes to load after the DOM is ready, but it will still load all of them at once producing the same amounts of requests.
If you still want to proceed with your incomplete solution you will have to modify the “post-content-*” files from the “page-parts” folder.
Cheers
Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorThe “_wp_page_template” key refers to the page template, not to the boxed/full-width layout, page template can be set to either full width or one or two sidebars. I’ll further investigate this issue and let you know.
Thank you for your effort and for all the information provided.Cheers
Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorHi @ghodson, in your case it is not about deferring any js, because those elements are iframes and you cannot block their load with a js script. This iframe “deferring” will involve modifying a lot of elements from our listing grids and isn’t something that can be provided as a small/quick fix.
I’ll rename your topic to reflect the right issue and move it to our feature requests voting system so that we can consider it for future implementation.
Cheers
Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorWell, then this page already contains the answer you’re looking for.
You’ll either have to use the custom function I posted above or the recommended User Shortcodes plugin.Hi there!!! Mark as a solutionJuly 14, 2015 at 22:27 in reply to: Kleo-Child can't find recognize function-facebook-login.php #68280AndreiModeratorWell not all files are supposed to be overridden in a child theme, and modifications to this file will only be possible in the parent theme.

Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorModifying emails is totally another job, the content of emails usually reside in translations and the layout of the email can only be changed with an additional plugin.

Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorUnfortunately I can’t pass your cloudflare cdn proxy, you probably banned Europe/Romania in your firewall.
That error is created by a simple space, in your functions.php file please let the file unclosed by the ?> tag at the end of the file, or at line 55 you have some output that it shouldn’t be there.
If you can take down cloudflare I can give a look into it.
Cheers

CheersHi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorWell, it might solved your issue, but for sure this isn’t the right fix, because you can’t always keep your pages only with the “default” template.
Now that I know this information I’ll try to follow the steps to re-create this issue and find a proper fix.
Thank you very much @mcperly for the debug info.
Looking forward.Cheers
Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorThis error depends on your browser and unfortunately is not something we can fix from our side, it’s related to buddypress core. From what I see it won’t work in firefox, but it will work fine in chrome and safari.
Cheers
Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorI have tested your site from several computers and browsers and couldn’t manage to reproduce your error.
Can you please clear your local cache, I think the issue comes from your browser.Cheers
Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorI can’t access your site for the moment because of the cloudflare cdn but from what your errors tell, you have some wrong code in “kleo-child/functions.php” file around line 55.
If you can provide a ftp account I’ll be happy to give a look into it.
CheersHi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorHi @jmot, I would really appreciate if you could provide me a link to your site so I can check the ajax response in your case.

Thanks for pointing out the details.Cheers
Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorYep, the js fails to get an response from the ajax endpoint and that’s submit will try to make the call again for getting a response.
So there is an issue on the server side regarding the admin-ajax endpoint.
Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorWell this is about noticing your users that there is a issue, but you should fix the issue not cover it up.
That redirect loop will gonna drain your hosting resources like hell. You should deactivate your plugins or custom modifications one by one and find what produces the redirect loop.
Cheers
Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorIn @topnation case it seems there is some sort of custom redirect which affects the ajax url, please provide me a link with your website so I can check your case as well.
