Hi,
You don’t need to install WP-PageNavi, there is no need for an extra plugin for page navigation, the issue comes from the SEO of your site, don’t know if you’re using any tools for this but maybe you should do so.
But even then, I don’t think you will find anything to help you with page navigation SEO, because there is no place to set up the right meta tags for this kind of pages, so you might want to ignore them in your webmaster account.
Please not that this is not related to our theme, it’s a general issue related to your site SEO.

This would be the only reason for your modifications no to take effect in the frontend of your site.

Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorTry to go in rtMedia settings and deactivate the masonry listing view option. Probably you still have some minifying options active which might brake something in rtMedia. ( http://seventhqueen.com/public-files/andrei/8qvrk-2015-10-26-15-05-36.png )

Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionAndreiModeratorModifying the default wordpress behaviour related to the content filtering and output is not recommended to be done from the theme itself. We’ll be adding the support for the category/tags descriptions but you’ll have to add the filters for allowing html by yourself.

Using the above temporary solution will enable the translation for your front end site without any problems.
I’ll update you asap with more info.
Hello guys,
After spending some serious time debugging this issue we’ve founded that is a very isolated issue which appears just under some web server versions, more exactly on those which runs on php-fpm.
The issue is generated because of the way the Russian characters are encoded while processing the translation file. We didn’t managed to find a full solution yet, but I can provide you a quick fix which will temporary disable the translation for the Theme Options panel and it will remove any negative impact of this problem.
Of course, this is just a temporary patch and we’ll get back asap with a full solution.
To apply this patch you will need to replace the following file: “wp-content/themes/kleo/lib/options.php” with the one provided in the attached zip archive.
I’ll get back to you with more details as soon as we have a complete fix for this issue.
Sorry for any inconvenience.

You must be logged in to view attached files. It’s scheduled in a few weeks, but I’ll try to provide you a patch as soon as it’s ready ( probably a couple of days ).
Please do so !
Usually 500 errors are generated by php memory usage limit. Please follow the following tutorial about how you can increase it: http://seventhqueen.com/blog/code-snippets/increase-php-memory-limit-in-wordpress.html
If you can’t do it by yourself be sure to contact your hosting support to help you increase it to at least 128Mb. As well, if you do have traffic on your site, please consider upgrading your hosting plan to a bigger tier.
Real dedicated servers are required only when you reach high traffic values, meanwhile of course a VPS plan would should lower the loading speeds.
Please let me know if you need any more help.
Hi,
The issue was generated because you had your wp editor disabled from your account settings.
Turned it on and everything works just fine.

Hi,
It seems that everything is fine, if you have issues only in your wp admin area then maybe you have some plugin that have an intensive ajax interface. The ” admin-ajax.php ” file is the endpoint for all ajax requests made by all plugins or themes.
Also issues might rise if you’re using a cheap hosting plan with low resources, if this is the case maybe you should consider upgrading it.
If you can provide more details, or if you encounter any specific errors or have any relevant data from your hosting error logs, please get back to me with them and I’ll try to help you find out what are causing them.
Cheers
Can you please provide us an link to your site so we can give a closer look into the issue ?
Looking forward.
Hi @fjelldate, sorry for the late response.
I have given a closer look into your errors and the javascripts on your site are being broken because of some malfunction in the Banner Ads plugin that you’re using. Please see the following screenshot: ( http://seventhqueen.com/public-files/andrei/v2jwl-2015-10-22-18-26-07.png ).
This affects not only javascript added by the theme but probably as well it affects a lot of other plugin features that rely on javascript.
Firstly, to confirm the issue, please temporary deactivate the ads plugin to see if everything comes back to normal, and secondly in order to try and fix your issue you should try to add the plugin javascript resources to the minify exception list.
Please let me know if you still need any more assistance on this issue.
Hi usc-shift, please allow me a few hours to run some more tests and I hope I’ll come with a fix for this issue.
Sorry for any inconvenience.
Hi,
Indeed, we have made a custom styling for the Sensei plugin, I’ll investigate why the widget doesn’t get the right styling and we’ll fix it for the next theme update. If I came with a fix meanwhile I’ll let you know.
Sorry for any inconvenience.
Issue fixed, will be released in the next update coming soon.
I have given an deeper look into this issue and this happens only in buddypress pages.
The conflict is between Yoast SEO and BuddyPress plugin, and please note that our theme doesn’t touches any logic related to the canonical meta tags.
I recommend you to contact the author of the Yoast SEO and report this issue.
Cheers
Can you try to increase it even more ?
@coolo, can you please try to do a test and gradually increase the execution time until the script runs fine and let us know what was the working value in your case so we can continue debugging this issue ?
Hi Carla, we double checked and “Between columns gap” setting works correctly, but don’t know what happened in your case.
I see your current issue was resolved, please let me know if you need help with anything else.

Please consider using the “Better WordPress Minify” plugin, which was tested by us and didn’t created any issue. Also it comes with a ton of great features to manage the way your resources are loaded and minified.

Fixed, the issue was triggered by php memory limit.
Hi,
Please provide us admin credentials to your site so we can give a closer look into the issue and see what’s wrong.
Looking forward.
@coolo, we’ll be investigating this issue and we’ll get back to you with a response asap.
Can you please zip the functions.php file and attach it here so I can review it and send it back to you ?
Probably you’re not correctly applying the given code snippet.
Each instance of a site is considered a fully featured site, because each site has it’s own settings and can represent an individual site.
In less words if it’s a multi-site, you’ll need multi-licenses, one for each sub-site that’s using our theme.
This license rules are created and imposed by the Envato Marketplace.
Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.

Can you please explain me more exactly, step by step, how can I replicate your issue ?
Hi,
You modifications are to be founded across multiple theme and plugin template files, is not just a matter of finding the appropriate files to edit, it’s about understanding how the system works in different cases.
In order to do so you will need appropriate programming skills, so if you want to learn how to edit the correct files I recommend you to learn a little bit more about wordpress templating system or of course you could hire a developer.
Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.
Cheers
@econstreams, can you provide admin credentials to your site ? if you’re using wp-super-cache, do you have any custom settings because I just tested it and there is no issue with it in my test site ..
@topnation, for other issues please open a separate ticket, let’s keep this only for the login issue, thanks.
@5high-photohub let me know if the issue still persist so I can try to investigate further into your case.
The plugin you’re trying to use won’t work out of the box, it will need some template modifications as you can find in their docs pages ( https://vip.wordpress.com/documentation/incorporate-co-authors-plus-template-tags-into-your-theme/ )
If you don’t have proper programming skills to do such modifications I can help you by recommending someone from our team.
Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.
Cheers
Hi @jonbrowne, we’ll be adding support for category/tag description in the next update of the theme.
Thanks for suggesting this out.
