Hello, i couldnt login to your site, please check the steps below:
1- Go to Memberships > Page Settings and make sure you have all pages selected
2- Deactivate any third party plugin not included at the theme and test again
3- Check at Settings > Permalinks if you have post name selected, if so, save it again

Hello, most likely they might be spammers, when you register a domain or your website starts to appear at google you might get some emails from designers etc
The theme is responsible, you can tell if you check it at your mobile phone, if it wasnt responsible you would see the whole website very small or clipping parts etc
