“Stores showing up on buddypress pages, towards the bottom of the page” -> comes from a plugin of yours. Try talking with the developer

tabs to wide on channel page -> on that page edit the containing Row element in Visual composer and set Inner container to Yes

is there a better solution for store locations? -> don’t know how you generated that but you will need CSS styling probably to fix it

issues with filters on ochannels page -> if those are portfolio items then try categorizing them since the filters in fact the portfolio categories

Great. Nothing to customize. You can update without problems since I haven’t disabled the isotope in the end and found a solution that worked with it enabled.

Hi, that will imply some template changes.. you can try removing our customizations by deleting this template from the theme: kleo/woocommerce/single-product/tabs/tabs.php

If you want to change it you need to make structure changes as well as CSS changes. Try hiring a developer to help with customizations

Try to remove the plugin and reinstall. If that does not help then contact rtMedia team.
Related to the slider, it doesn’t need to be activated. And updates are done manually from the Revolution Slider setting page and using the zip file included in the theme package downloaded from Themeforest

Ok, I know how to fix it for you, since there are only videos I will remove the isotope plugin that makes the videos arrange absolute. You won’t see a difference since all videos are mostly the same size. If the access is still open I will do it on your site

Hi, thanks for sharing. that happens because the thumb is not square and it will keep the ratio.

The other images issue seemed to happen because your images had the class logo which is used for the logo in header and probably inherited something from there
